If you are passionate about providing excellent service and helping customers find the perfect sleep solution, we want to hear from you! ​Key Responsibilities ​Customer Engagement: Respond to all inquiries on our Facebook page promptly and professionally. ​Sales Conversion: Proactively engage with potential customers, answer questions about our premium mattresses, and guide them through the purchasing process. ​Relationship Building: Provide a premium, helpful experience that aligns with our brand’s commitment to healthy, quality sleep. ​Working Schedule ​This is a hybrid position with a fixed daily schedule: ​Office Hours: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM (On-site) ​Remote Hours: 8:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Work from home) ​Requirements ​Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills in both English and Khmer. ​Sales Mindset: Ability to handle objections, close sales, and maintain a positive, persuasive tone. ​Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating Facebook Business Suite, Messenger, and general CRM tools. ​Reliability: Ability to manage time effectively and maintain high service standards while working remotely. ​Experience: Previous experience in online sales, e-commerce, or customer service is a plus.
