Job Purpose Salary 250$ - 350$ To manage day-to-day accounting operations for the car leasing business, ensuring accurate financial recording, timely reporting, compliance with accounting standards and Cambodian tax regulations, and support for leasing operations including revenue recognition, lease accounting. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities o Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. o Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with sales and warehouse teams. o Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports. o Check the accuracy of invoices, receipts, delivery notes, and supporting documents. o Follow up on customer collections and supplier payments. o Support monthly and year-end closing processes. o Reconcile stock records between the system and physical inventory. o Submit reports to management on time. o Meet Customer when they Pay Off ( Loan ) o Work with auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant departments when required. Qualifications & Requirements • Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (mandatory) • Experience 1 years in accounting; leasing experience preferred • Technical Skills Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks), Excel, and ERP systems • Knowledge Understanding of IFRS 16 (lease accounting), Cambodian tax laws, and financial reporting standards • Soft Skills Detail-oriented, analytical, strong organizational skills, integrity, ability to work under pressure Working Conditions • Full-time position based in Phnom Penh office • May require occasional overtime during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing How to Apply: Please send your resume and cover letter to contact email: [email protected]. • Tel: 093 287 xxx Click To Call (Telegram)
