Job Summary Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the visual design strategy of the company. This role focuses on creating high-quality graphic materials for marketing campaigns, branding, digital media, and advertising. Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and management to ensure all visual communications align with the company’s brand identity and business goals.     Roles & Responsibility (R&R)   Creative Design ·       Develop creative concepts and visual designs for marketing campaigns. ·       Design promotional materials such as banners, posters, brochures, catalogues, and social media contents. ·       Create digital graphics for social media platforms, and online advertising. ·       Design product promotional materials and visual branding assets. ·       Production & Quality Control ·       Ensure all graphics meet professional quality standards. ·       Create both online & offline promotional materials.   Brand Management ·       Maintain and develop the company’s brand identity and visual guidelines. ·       Ensure consistency of design across all marketing channels. ·       Improve the visual presentation of the company’s products and services. ·       Support to all department artwork design request. ·       Collaborate with the marketing team to create visuals for advertising campaigns. ·       Design graphics for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms. ·       Support Marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events. Collaboration ·       Review and approve design work before final production. ·       Coordinate with content creators, photographers, and video editors. ·       Prepare design files for printing and digital publishing. ·       Ensure all design File management are properly stored. ·       Other task assigned by Manager.     Job Requirements: 1.     Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience) 2.     Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio 1.     Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 2.     Strong creativity and visual design skills 3.     Good understanding of typography, color, and layout 4.     Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines 5.     Basic knowledge of branding and marketing principles 6.     Good communication and teamwork skills 7.     Ability to take feedback and revise designs
