Senior HR Officer

*Job Responsibility:
- Prepare job descriptions and post advertisements. - Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process. - Organize and deliver effective induction and orientation programs for new hires. - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. - Manage contractual administration and monitor probationary periods. - Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll. - Administer employee benefits and manage related queries. - Monitor statutory compliance and liaise with external providers as needed. - Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law. - Address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution. - Assist in the development and delivery of training program. - Coordinate staff development and performance review processes. - Evaluate training effectiveness and update HR practices accordingly. - Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries from staff and management.
*Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience (typically 2 years) in an HR role or similar position. - Knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. - Familiarity with employment law and HR best practices. - Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS). - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
