Senior Quantity Surveyor (Senior QS) Job Description: Responsible for cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tender evaluation, contract administration, payment certification, and cost control to ensure projects are completed within budget. Key Responsibilities: Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets. Manage tendering and contractor selection. Verify contractor claims and payment certificates. Monitor project costs and variations. Prepare cost reports and final accounts. Coordinate with project teams and contractors. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of cost control, tendering, and contract management. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS software. Good communication and analytical skills. Full time job 8am - 5pm 500$ - 800$
