✅Skills/Requirements ● Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings on search engines such as Google and Bing. ● Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, meta tags, and structure to increase click-through rates. ● Analyze website traffic and user behavior; track KPIs and optimize performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush. ● Optimize both on-page and off-page SEO, including link building and content promotion. ● Collaborate with the content team to ensure content follows SEO best practices and appeals to the target audience. ● Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly. ● Provide SEO performance reports, analyze outcomes, and suggest improvements. Professional Skills: ● Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush. ● Skilled in keyword research, link building, and technical SEO (e.g., site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness). ● Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for website structure optimization. ● Industry Knowledge: ● Familiar with user behavior and keyword trends in the iGaming or entertainment industries. ● Knowledgeable about relevant laws and regulations to ensure content compliance. ● Able to interpret data insights to refine SEO strategies. ● Content Optimization ● Capable of writing or guiding SEO-friendly content creation; familiar with social media content trends. ✅ Experience Requirements: ● 1–2 years (for entry-level positions) ● Newcomers must provide personal projects as proof of capability. ✅Salary : 800-1000usd (The final salary will be offered based on the candidate's abilities after passing the interview.) ✅Leave and Other Benefits: ● Annual leave: 18 days ● Seniority bonus: 7.5 days after 6 months (paid in June/December annually). ● Overtime pay: Provided separately. ● Meals: Provided by the company. ● Night shift allowance ✅Leave benefits: ● 10 days general leave ● 8 days for marriage ● 90 days maternity leave (half salary) ● Year-end bonus: Provided. ● Holiday overtime: double pay. ● Public holiday pay ● Travel allowance: $350/month. ● Birthday bonus: $100. ● National Social Security Fund (NSSF). ● Social security and pension contributions.
