**Job Title:** Site Manager **Salary:** USD 1,200 – 1,500 **Location:** Pursat Province --- **Job Summary** The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all activities on the construction site. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Site Manager coordinates schedules, manages staff and workers, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. --- **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise site manpower effectively * Plan, organize, and assign tasks based on project requirements * Delegate responsibilities according to team members’ skills and expertise to ensure efficiency * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and subcontractor requirements * Identify and resolve on-site issues to maintain project timelines * Coordinate with all related teams and stakeholders * Enforce high standards of workmanship and materials in line with specifications and regulations * Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Construction Manager (daily, weekly, and other reports as required) * Perform other tasks as assigned by the Construction Manager --- **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field * 5–10 years of progressive experience in construction site management * Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit for drawing review * Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Excellent knowledge of construction methods and techniques * Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings * Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills * Good communication and organizational skills ---
