Role & Responsibility:
1. Work with shipper and purchaser to check and confirm shipping document, invoice, packing list, bill of lading.
2. Prepare and ensure that all shipping document is including, import permit, stamped invoice/ packing list, and authorization are passed to brother timely for customers clearance.
3. Work closely and follow up with broker and trucker to ensure delivery is made as plan.
4. Handle delivery to customers.
5. Verified stock in & out according to each packing list.
6. Check stock in regular basic.
7. Purchasing in local

Job Requirements:
1. Good Communication skills on all fronts, as well as excellent interpersonal skills so as to ensure free flow of company logistics process.
2. Ability to work as part of a team whenever it is necessary to do.
3. Understanding in the logistic working flow
4. Good speaking and writing in English
5. Hard working and can under pressure
