* Position Objective
You will be responsible for design, implementation, maintain and support network, server, storage, and mobile infrastructure.
* Roles & Responsibility
-Design and prepare plan for install, configure, test, and maintain server, storage, operating system, and application.
-Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
-Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
-To evaluate and apply any necessary operating system security patches, hotfixes, service packs and hardware updates.
-Provide level 1 support and escalate to level 2 if needed.
-Design, develop, implement, and maintain Network & Security infrastructure such as (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Check Point, VPN and Other).
-Leads the day-to-day operational and support maintenance to customer system, network & Security infrastructures. undertaking data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments, using information from multiple sources.
-In-depth knowledge and strong hands-on technical experience with networking components (routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure), security technology (VPN, IPSEC, Firewalls Intrusion Detection, etc.), network protocols (e.g. OSPF, HSRP, LACP), and technology
-Research, evaluate, design, and develop new technologies.
* Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
-2 or 3 years of experience in related work.
-Strong knowledge of server hardware
-Experience in working with VMware ESXi
-An understanding of basic Active Directory and DNS concepts with Windows server 20016/2019 operating systems.
-Experience in working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting VMware environment.
-Experience in working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux based environments.
-Experience to configure security firewall, network switch and AP
-Ability to work independently without supervision.
-Must be on problem solving attitude.
-Patient and ability to tactfully handle customer negotiation.
-Be able to start / maintain on relationship encouragement with customer.
-Be able to articulate company value proposition and key product / Solution to customers.
-Good team player, willing to share knowledge with the team, Good written and verbal communication skills.
-Be able to work under pressure.
