1. Principal Accountabilities:  Instructional Support • Assist the teacher in delivering lessons by working with individuals or small groups of students. • Reinforce learning concepts explained by the teacher. • Support students with special educational needs or language learning needs.  Classroom Management & Supervision • Monitor students during class, transitions, and break times as assigned. • Support the teacher in maintaining discipline and a respectful classroom environment.  Administrative & Preparation Duties • Assist in organizing classroom materials, displays, and student work. • Help with record-keeping, grading simple assignments, and documentation under the teacher’s guidance.  Student Support & Welfare • Provide encouragement and emotional support to students. • Help students develop social skills, independence, and confidence.  Safety & Hygiene • Ensure the classroom and learning environment are clean, safe, and hygienic. • Encourage students to practice good hygiene habits (e.g., handwashing, proper use of materials). 2. Job Requirements: • Minimum high school diploma; some college coursework preferred. • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a classroom support role preferred. • Passion for working with children and learning. • Good English communication skills. • Patience, adaptability, and willingness to learn. • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
