PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: The Technician related job and including: • Do the construction work such as painting, brick building, steel work and other works • Maintain the systems of the building such as - Fire-fighting, Fire alarm, Electrical, CCTV, Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Generator, Transfer pump, Booster pump, Air-Conditioner and other systems installed in the building. • Install the mechanical, electrical and plumping • Find and repair faulty of basic technical equipment • Other tasks assigned by management.
