This role bridges Sales and Marketing by ensuring effective in-store execution, promotion activities, event management, merchandising visibility, and trade campaign implementation aligned with company business objectives. 1. Key Responsibilities: Trade Marketing Management • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with sales and marketing objectives • Plan monthly and quarterly trade activities for GT, MT, wholesale, and key accounts • Manage in-store promotion, product display, POSM deployment, and merchandising execution • Monitor competitor trade activities, pricing, promotion, and visibility • Coordinate product launches and trade support activities • Activation & Event Management • Plan and manage brand activation events, roadshows, sampling booths, sponsorship events, and consumer engagement activities • Coordinate event setup, logistics, manpower, promoters, and materials • Ensure smooth execution of activation campaigns and event operations • Work closely with agencies, suppliers, event organizers, and internal departments • Evaluate activation performance and consumer response Cross-Functional Coordination • Coordinate with Sales Team, Warehouse & Logistics, Procurement, Finance , Design & Digital Marketing • Ensure timely preparation of POSM, premiums, stock, and event materials Budget & Performance Management • Prepare and control trade marketing and activation budgets • Monitor ROI of campaigns, promotions, and events • Analyze sales uplift and campaign effectiveness • Prepare post-campaign evaluation reports and recommendations Reporting & Analysis • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on: Trade activities, Activation performance, Sales support effectiveness, Competitor activities, Market feedback • Provide market insights and improvement recommendations to management 2. Qualification • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Trade Marketing, Activation, or FMCG Marketing • Experience handling GT/MT channels and event execution • FMCG industry experience is preferred
