【About the Role】 We are a Japanese-affiliated company operating vending machines across Phnom Penh. We are looking for a motivated individual to handle both field sales and daily operations. 【Key Responsibilities】 ・Identify and approach new locations for vending machine installation (offices, commercial facilities, schools, condominiums, hotels, etc.) ・Support negotiation and contract procedures with location owners and managers ・Submit daily reports on sales progress and prospective locations ・Restock beverages in machines on a regular route schedule ・Support research on wholesale beverage suppliers, purchasing, and inventory management ・Other operational tasks and coordination as directed by management 【Requirements Education】 ・University degree or above preferred ・Sales or customer service experience is a plus (fresh graduates welcome) 【Languages】 Khmer: Required (native level) English: Basic reading, writing, or conversation is a plus 【Skills】 Basic smartphone and PC operation Ability to travel within Phnom Penh by motorbike 【Personal Qualities】 ・Outgoing and confident in approaching and talking to new people ・Honest and diligent with strong reporting and communication habits ・Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field ・Reliable team player who follows through on commitments 【Compensation & Benefits】 ・Base Salary: $400/month (guaranteed, including during probation) ・Incentive: Performance-based bonus — $500+/month achievable ・Social Security: Provided upon confirmation of employment ・Probation Period: 3 months (full salary applies during probation) 【Working Conditions】 ・Start Date: June 2026 (applications accepted immediately) ・Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch break) ・Days Off: Sundays, public holidays, and half-day on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays (afternoons off) ・Location: Phnom Penh ・Age: 20–40 years old Gender: Open to all
