Expectations: • Maintain order in indoor/outdoor spaces. • Keep Montessori materials tidy and ready. • Assist with garden and light cleaning. • Ensure hygiene areas are stocked and clean. 2. Assistant – Care & Environment Purpose: Provide gentle, practical support in daily routines. Expectations: • Support nappy changing and hygiene with respect. • Help with meals, serving, and clean-up. • Encourage independence during mealtimes. • Assist children to settle calmly for naps. • Work closely with teachers to ensure smooth daily rhythms. 3. Internship – Childcare Purpose: Gain hands-on experience in early childhood care and Montessori practices.
