*Assistant of farm manager will stay in Kampot for farm practice (visit Phnom Penh sometimes)
**Mission: To implement sustainable farm development through organized and reproducible methods.
◉ Responsibilities:
■ Farm Operational Planning: Collaborate with the General Manager and Farm Manager to develop feasible operational plans. Propose necessary adjustments based on the actual field conditions and implement them effectively on-site.
■ Operational Supervision: Assist the Farm Manager in overseeing daily field activities and ensure that staff execute tasks according to established plans and schedules.
■ Data & Record Management: Maintain accurate daily logs of farm activities, including labor attendance, input usage (fertilizer/watering, etc), and harvest data, etc.
■ Quality Assurance: Monitor crop growth and post-harvest processes to ensure all products meet the quality standards required for company sales. Incorporate feedback from the purchaser to drive continuous improvement.
■ Professional Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports (text and photo) regarding farm progress and challenges to the General Manager.
■ Resource Coordination: Assist in managing farm assets and equipment inventory, and organize logistics to ensure an efficient workflow.
■ Information Gathering & Professional Development: Proactively collect all relevant data regarding farm operations. Apply this information to internal discussions and on-site PDCA cycles to foster ongoing operational improvements.
*You’ll be required to cover all tasks related to agri-business based on the actual situation
◉ Qualifications:
■ Higher degree, bachelor's degree, year 3, year 4, or fresh graduated
■ Have a strong passion for trying many new challenges in the agri-business.
■ Physical Capability: Strong commitment to working on-site in the farm environment.
■ Be willing to overcome difficulties you may face and develop a team from small.
■ Logical thinking, sense of ownership, and challenging spirits
■ Be able to understand the market in concept and be flexible to the actual situations based on the purpose.
■ Honesty and sincerity, accepting other people's ideas and things you don't know.
■ English & Khmer communication skills (both spoken & written)
◉ Basic Understanding:
■ Cooperate with all members of the company including the members in each province to achieve their purpose.
■ Conduct all related activities assigned by management and take action to make them better with ownership.
■ Put into practice a 12-action policy.
■ Understand and put into practice 6 skills & 4 Mindsets step by step.
■ Reporting skill
