This exciting role focuses on driving business growth, developing markets, and building strong relationships in the IT solution ecosystem. 🔍 What you’ll do: 📈 Market Expansion: Create and implement strategies to expand the market for assigned IT products and services in Cambodia. 📊 Market & Industry Analysis: Monitor IT industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies; identify new markets, partnerships, and business models to support long‑term growth; provide market insights and strategic recommendations to senior management. 🤝 Sales Leadership: Drive sales, achieve targets, and maximize revenue through an effective partner network. 🔗 Strategic Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strong partnerships by ensuring alignment with our business goals and empowering partners to succeed. 🛠 Channel Development: Design and execute innovative strategies to enhance partner sales channels and optimize performance. 🧠 Insights and Analysis: Conduct in‑depth market research, monitor competitors’ activities, and identify customer needs to shape strategies. 📣 Product Advocacy: Work with marketing teams to plan and implement influential advertising campaigns. 👥 Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients, decision‑makers, and stakeholders. 🧩 Solution & Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical, delivery, and pre‑sales teams to design tailored IT solutions. 🎓 Qualifications & Experience: ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field ✅ Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage ✅ 3–5+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales within the IT industry ✅ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets ✅ Experience selling IT solutions such as: • Software development or SaaS • Cloud services and infrastructure • Systems integration • Digital transformation, data, or cybersecurity solutions 🧠 Required Skills & Competencies: 💼 Strong strategic sales and negotiation skills 🗣 Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities 💻 Deep understanding of IT solutions and enterprise technology landscapes 📈 Strong analytical, forecasting, and CRM management skills 🔥 Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently ✈️ Willingness to travel as required 📧 How to apply: Please send your resume to [email protected]
