DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner • Provide accurate information about tour: bookings, and service • Assist customers with reservations, changes, and troubleshooting • Log customer interactions and maintain records in the database • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service deliver  ENEFITS: • Competitive salary based on experience • Friendly and supportive work environment • Opportunity to grow in a dynamic and tourism-focused company • Full training provided EXPECTED PROFILE OF CANDIDATES LANGUAGES • English- Good SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Soft Skills • Goad English communication skills (spoken and written) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Except, Outlook, etc. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure. • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus • Flexibility to work either shift (morning or afternoon)
