+ Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistent
- Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation
- Monitor food stock and coordinate with management for purchasing ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations
- Work closely with kitchen staff and support teamwork
- Assist in developing or improving menu items when required
+ Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant or similar environment
- Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Responsible, organized, and hardworking
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
