Duties & Responsibilities: -Content Creation: Produce high-quality photos, videos, graphics Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram. with founders create storytelling content that reflects lifestyle, design, local Khmer products. Manage in-house production occasionally coordinate outsourcing. -Social Media Management: Set up manage posting schedules using tools such Canva, CapCut, etc. Ensure content aligned the brand voice consistent across channels. Tracking of posts, suggest improvements and grow engagement reach. -Strategy & Growth: Stay updated local international social media trends. Support both organic paid content strategies. Recommend best practices tools Requirements: -Proven experience creating managing social (portfolio examples required). -Strong creative eye storytelling visuals. -Strong skills in photography, videography, video editing (short reels/videos in FB and Tiktok) -Proficiency editing tools such Canva CapCut (knowledge Adobe Creative Suite a plus). -Excellent communication both Khmer English (required). -Self-starter the ability work independently collaboratively.
