* Key Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership & Management -Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of interior designers and junior staff - Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met - Conduct performance reviews and support professional development - Foster a collaborative and creative work environment 2. Project Management - Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously - Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans - Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and suppliers - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget 3. Design Oversight - Review and approve design concepts, drawings, and presentations - Ensure design quality, creativity, and functionality meet company standards - Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies - Provide creative direction and problem-solving guidance 4. Client Interaction - Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget -Present design proposals and revisions Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction 5. Technical & Operational Duties - Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards - Review technical drawings, layouts, and specifications - Collaborate with procurement and installation teams - Manage documentation and reporting for projects * Required Qualifications - working time Mon to Sat ( 8 AM -5 PM ) - Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field 2+ years of experience in interior design, with leadership experience preferred - Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise -Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, One Click…
