KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Plan, design, and review infrastructure projects related to canals, embankment, riverbank and drainage systems - Conduct geotechnical analysis to support the design of infrastructure projects (including canals, embankment, riverbank and drainage systems) - Oversee construction activities on-site to ensure quality, and progress according to schedule - Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQs, and engineering reports - Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders - Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction - Ensure compliance with local regulations, engineering standards, and safety requirements - Monitor project timelines, costs, and resource allocation - Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers - Prepare progress reports and updates for management - Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a relevant technical field, Master's Degree is priority. - 2-5 years of experience in the related field - Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of Construction Infrastructure, including infrastructure projects (including. - Standards: Familiarity with international and local engineering codes (e.g., MPWT standards). - Technical Analysis: Ability to check and design geotechnical work, for infrastructure. - Drafting: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office - BIM: Understanding of Building Information Modeling for infrastructure workflows. - Documentation: Skilled in drafting technical memos and progress reports in both Khmer and English. - Resilience: Able to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. - Flexibility: Adaptable to changing site conditions and flexible working hours/locations.
