1. Guest Relations & Front-of-House • Greeting & Reception: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and residents. • Inquiry Management: Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with accuracy and a "service-first" attitude. • Access Control: Coordinate with security to manage visitor logs, delivery couriers, and contractor access to the building. 2. Property Coordination & Support • Facility Bookings: Manage schedules for common areas such as meeting rooms, gyms, or clubhouses. • Work Order Management: Receive maintenance requests from tenants, log them into the system, and coordinate with the technical team for timely resolution. • Billing Assistance: Assist residents with basic inquiries regarding service fees, utility bills, or payment procedures. 3. Conflict Resolution & Feedback • Complaint Handling: Listen to and document tenant grievances, escalating complex issues to management while ensuring the tenant feels heard and valued. • Feedback Loops: Conduct follow-up calls or surveys to ensure service requests were completed to the tenant's satisfaction.
