JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Head and manage the workshop activities and carry out the company’s principal business. 2. Manage the workshop efficiency and productivity improvement. Check and monitor staff OT and attendance, workshop intake etc. 3. Provide customers with the highest standard of service and ensure customer issues are address. 4. Oversee day to day workshop operation activities. 5. Ensure quality policy and objectives are communicated throughout workshop. 6. Identify training needs of workshop staffs. 7. Ensures equipment and tools maintain in good condition. 8. Ensure workshop expenses within budget or under control. 9. Ensure workshop area clean and organize. 10. Prepare workshop monthly operation report with action plan to Management.  REQUIREMENT 1. Preferable Diploma in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent 2. Basic computer literacy. ( AMS / Microsoft office / PMS etc) 3. Able to work independently under minimum supervision. 4. Good interpersonal skills and able to communication well with staffs, customer and Management. 5. 3~4 years working experience in workshop operation activities. 6. Able to provide leadership, supervision and delegation of work to staffs. 7. Have knowledge on car care product
