Job Descriptions: 1. Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks. 2. Ensure all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards. 3. Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols. 4. Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards. 5. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, including requisitions for restocking. 6. Resolve customer complaints related to housekeeping services. 7. Address maintenance issues and report to the maintenance department. 8. Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards. 9. Perform administrative tasks such as timecards, attendance, and payroll. 10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure facilities are maintained to high standards. Job Specifications: 1. Proven work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role, with a hotel background would be great. 2. In-depth knowledge of cleaning best practices, chemicals, equipment, and procedures. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills 3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or training in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus
