I. Duties and Responsibilities • Track daily attendance, leave and time change requests • Upload team monthly roster to system. • Updating Job Announcements and job postings • Arrange and coordinate interview schedules and record data in to system • Assist in sending all other HR related announcements to all team members • Purchase officer supply for all branched • Handle Admin tasks and office management. • Perform other tasks assigned by the HR Manager. II. Requirements • Studying or Bachelor degree in HR, Management, or a related field. • At least 1 year work experiences in HR & Admin role. • Willing to learn new things and be able to work under pressure • Communication skills in speaking/Writing English. • Knowledge of computer literacy (Ms. word, Power point, Excel) • Flexible, Honest and Friendly
