With advanced CNC manufacturing technology, automated production systems, and a customer-centric approach, LAKA Interior delivers both international-standard products and locally manufactured solutions for residential, condominium, hospitality, and commercial projects. 📩 Application Process Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV and Portfolio, along with their expected salary, to: [email protected] ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Meet with clients to understand their lifestyle, needs, and design preferences. • Develop creative interior design concepts that combine functionality, aesthetics, and practicality. • Prepare space planning, layout design, and furniture placement. • Create 3D renderings and visual presentations to help clients visualize the design. • Design custom cabinetry and built-in furniture such as kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, TV cabinets, and storage solutions. • Select materials, colors, finishes, lighting, and accessories that match the design concept. • Coordinate closely with the sales team, production team, and project management team to ensure design feasibility and accuracy. • Ensure designs follow technical standards, measurements, and site conditions. • Participate in site visits, measurements, and client presentations. • Support the team in delivering projects on time and within budget. ________________________________________ Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in interior design (fresh graduates with strong portfolio are welcome). • Strong knowledge of space planning, furniture design, and interior materials. • Proficiency in design software such as: o AutoCAD o SketchUp o 3ds Max / V-Ray o CAXA or other cabinet design software (preferred) • Good understanding of custom furniture and cabinetry design. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members. ________________________________________ Preferred Skills • Experience with CAXA software is highly preferred; candidates proficient in CAXA will be given priority. • Experience in kitchen design and wardrobe systems. • Knowledge of cabinet hardware and accessories (Blum, Hettich, Nuomi, etc.). • Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage. • Strong problem-solving skills for functional design. • Passion for modern and premium interior design. ________________________________________ What We Offer • Sales commission, mobile phone allowance, and gasoline allowance. • Opportunities for professional growth through collaboration with overseas partners. • 5.5 working days per week. • 18 days of annual leave, 7 days of special leave, 7 days of sick leave plus public holidays. • 90 days of maternity leave. • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
