Manage network connections (LAN, WAN, Internet, Wi-Fi) and ensure stability. Ensure data backup, recovery, and implement IT security practices. Maintain IT inventory and keep records of equipment usage. Create and manage user accounts, emails, and system access. Provide training or guidance to staff on IT-related systems and tools. Prepare reports and escalate issues to IT Manager when needed. _______________ Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Knowledge of computer systems, operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), and networks. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiar with IT security, backup, and recovery systems. Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
