Phone Support Email and Customer Service We are looking for a dedicated and skilled CRM professional to join our KIUQ team. Working Hours: -Night shift: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 11;00 PM - 9:00 AM (1h Rest) Generally involves handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, resolving issues, providing information, and potentially upselling products or services. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining a professional demeanor. because our Marketing at USA. Key Responsibilities: . Answering inbound and outbound calls: Respond to customer questions and concerns, providing accurate and timely information. . Problem resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues, complaints, and technical problems, escalating complex cases as needed. . Product/service knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to answer customer inquiries and provide support. . Record keeping: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system. . Sales support: Identify and address customer needs, potentially upselling or cross-selling products and services. . Collaboration: Work with other departments and team members to ensure customer satisfaction. . Training: Participate in ongoing training programs to improve skills and knowledge. Additional Responsibilities: . Following communication scripts and procedures: Ensure consistent and professional communication with customers. . Handling escalations: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or managers. . Providing feedback: Share insights on customer trends, issues, and preferences with management. . Meeting performance targets: Achieve specific targetsrelatedto call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications: . Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective customer interaction. . Active listening skills: Ability to listen carefully to customer concerns and questions. . Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently. . Customer service experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial. . Product knowledge: Familiarity with the company products and services is essential. .
