Summary: The Regional Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets and profitable growth in the assigned region by developing new business, managing existing accounts, and executing the company’s sales strategy at field level. Salary Range : 250$ - 350$ Key Responsibilities • Implement regional sales plans, set targets, and identify new business opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. • Conduct regular customer visits and virtual meetings to present products / solutions, negotiate pricing and terms, and address issues or complaints. • Monitor sales performance VS sale competitor, analyze market trends, and provide accurate forecasts and reports to leadership. • Work with marketing, product, and other departments to support sales initiatives. • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer seminars as needed to build brand awareness and generate leads. Requirements and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management or related field. • Experience in Electronic Products • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision makers. • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
