KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and manage sales team • Monitor market trends, competitor activities / Pricing, and strategy as • Customers’ needs to maximize opportunities. • Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs. • Prepare sales activity reports and updates for management. • Coordinate with outdoor sales and operations to ensure smooth shipment execution. • Prepare pricing analysis, sales reports, and management updates. • Set KPIs, evaluate team performance, and provide coaching and guidance • Resolve pricing-related issues, and support complex customer inquiries. • Maintain rate databases, contracts, and documentation for audit readiness. • Weekly ,Monthly report to GM • Yearly Plan • Other tasks assigned by Manager. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding. • Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, and land transport services. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools. • Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good command of English; Chinese or other languages is a plus.
