We are looking for an experienced, target-driven, and leadership-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the overall sales performance of BYD vehicles across Cambodia. You will be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets, managing and developing the sales consultants, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction in the competitive EV segment. This is a critical role with high earning potential and significant career growth in Cambodia’s booming green mobility sector. Key Responsibilities • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team (Sales Consultants) to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Develop and execute sales strategies, action plans, and promotional activities to drive showroom traffic and conversions. • Monitor individual and team performance, set KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and implement corrective actions when needed. • Oversee the full sales process: customer engagement, product presentations, test drives, negotiations, and closing deals. • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives and generate high-quality leads. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, corporate clients, fleet operators, and government institutions. • Analyze sales data, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize performance. • Ensure high standards of customer service and smooth coordination with finance, insurance, delivery, and after-sales teams. • Manage sales inventory, forecasting, and reporting to senior management. • Conduct regular sales training on BYD products, EV technology, objection handling, and closing techniques. • Represent BYD at major events, auto shows, and high-level business meetings. Requirements & Qualifications • Cambodian nationality preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. MBA is an advantage. • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with at least 1-2 years in a sales management role. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. • Strong knowledge of the Cambodian automotive market and preferably experience with electric vehiclesz • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills. • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities in Khmer (native) and English (fluent). Chinese language is a big plus. • Valid driving license with a clean record. • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure with flexible hours (including weekends). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools.
