We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and customer-focused Online Sales Specialist to join our team at sleephome. If you are passionate about providing excellent service and helping customers find the perfect sleep solution, we want to hear from you! ​Key Responsibilities ​Customer Engagement: Respond to all inquiries on our Facebook page promptly and professionally. ​Sales Conversion: Proactively engage with potential customers, answer questions about our premium mattresses, and guide them through the purchasing process. ​Relationship Building: Provide a premium, helpful experience that aligns with our brand’s commitment to healthy, quality sleep. ​Working Schedule ​This is a hybrid position with a fixed daily schedule: ​Office Hours: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM (On-site) ​Remote Hours: 8:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Work from home) ​Requirements ​Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills in both English and Khmer. ​Sales Mindset: Ability to handle objections, close sales, and maintain a positive, persuasive tone. ​Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating Facebook Business Suite, Messenger, and general CRM tools. ​Reliability: Ability to manage time effectively and maintain high service standards while working remotely. ​Experience: Previous experience in online sales, e-commerce, or customer service is a plus.
