Salary 400$-450$ Job Summary • The Senior Operation officer is responsible for supporting daily sales operations, indoor sales activities, online marketing coordination, customer communication, inventory monitoring, and administrative reporting. This role ensures smooth operation between sales, customers, inventory, and management while maintaining professional customer service both online and offline. Key Responsibilities • Indoor Sales & Customer Service • Online Marketing & Social Media Support • Chat Reply & Customer Communication • Daily Operations Management • Inventory Management • Reporting & Administration Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred. • Minimum 1–2 years experience in sales administration, customer service, or operations. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Familiar with social media platforms and online selling. • Basic knowledge of inventory management. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented. Technical Skills • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Google Workspace • Social Media Management • Basic Canva or design skill is a plus • CRM or POS system knowledge is an advantage
