Key Responsibilities • Develop monthly content plans and content calendars. • Generate creative, brand-focused content ideas and campaign concepts. • Design static social media content using tools such as Canva. • Create basic video content and edits using CapCut or similar tools. • Write engaging captions in line with the brand's tone and objectives. • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms. • Manage social media accounts through Meta Business Suite and TikTok. • Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages. • Stay updated on social media trends and recommend relevant content opportunities. • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
