- Provide creative direction and mentorship to the team, ensuring the highest quality of design work. - Lead brainstorming sessions and design reviews, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the department/team. - Create visually stunning graphics for various marketing campaigns, including but not limited to brochures, posters, social media graphics, and email templates. - Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials. - Develop compelling content for various communication channels, including articles, blog posts, and social media updates. - Create and edit promotional videos, social media content, and motion graphics. - Manage and grow our social media presence, including content planning, posting, and engagement with our audience. - Monitor social media trends, analyze social media data, and strategize campaigns. - Good command of English both written and verbal. - Experience: Proven experience of at least 3 years as graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
