Prepare engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations. Liaise with contract Manager/Project Manager, Site Manager/Client, and Contract Surveyor regarding cost control, waste management, variations and confirmation of instructions. Monitor and lead day to day operations of worker and sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures. Supervise construction/installation, ensuring technical accuracy and quality standards. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support on-site. Maintain proper project documentation, reports, and records. Participate in client meetings and provide progress updates.
