We are looking for energetic, driven, and responsible leaders to join our growing team. 📍 Position Details Position: Team Leader Reports To: Operation Supervisor & CEO Location: Assigned Outlet (Aeon Mall, Chip Mong Mall, etc.) Employment Type: Full-Time (48 Hours/Week) Salary: $300 🎯 Job Summary The Team Leader serves as the Store Supervisor of the outlet and is responsible for daily operations, team management, customer service, product quality, and achieving sales targets. 📋 Key Responsibilities Outlet Operations & Mall Coordination • Manage daily opening and closing procedures. • Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and operational at all times. • Coordinate with mall management regarding maintenance, facilities, and operational matters. • Maintain product quality standards and recipe consistency. • Monitor inventory levels and minimize food wastage. Team Management & Leadership • Conduct daily team briefings before each shift. • Prepare weekly staff schedules and manpower planning. • Motivate team members and maintain a positive work environment. • Handle staff performance, discipline, and workplace conflicts professionally. Sales, Cashier & Promotions • Manage POS operations and daily cash reconciliation. • Verify all payment methods including Cash, KHQR, and Delivery Platforms. • Implement promotional campaigns and encourage upselling. • Submit daily sales and operational reports to management. • Drive the team to achieve daily sales targets.
