Position Overview The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for configuring devices, troubleshooting system issues, and providing technical support to customers and users. The role supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous operation of Smart Building and IoT solutions. Key Responsibilities - Configure, install, and maintain devices and system equipment. - Provide technical support and troubleshoot system-related issues for users. - Coordinate with developers to investigate and resolve software bugs. - Perform software testing and validation after system updates. - Receive, track, and respond to support requests. - Maintain and update technical support documentation. - Support system deployment and implementation at client sites. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree or Year 4 student in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, - Telecommunications, or a related field. - Flexible and willing to travel for onsite support when required. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Basic networking and software knowledge. - Experience working in commercial buildings, smart buildings, or building management systems is an advantage. Knowledge understanding of: -SQL -Windows -Modbus -Electronics troubleshooting -MQTT
