Travel Operations Executive We are looking for a dynamic, independent, and motivated Travel Operations Executive to join our agency. The role combines travel operations, customer service, and marketing support across our different services: * Visa assistance * Tours & travel packages * Flight ticket bookings We are looking for someone proactive, organized, fast-learning, and solution-oriented, able to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Handle customer inquiries through Facebook, Messenger, email, and other communication channels * Assist clients with visa applications and travel documentation * Coordinate tours, bookings, and travel arrangements * Manage flight ticket reservations and follow-up * Ensure smooth operational coordination with partners and suppliers * Support marketing activities and social media operations * Maintain accurate tracking of ongoing files and customer requests * Provide professional and responsive customer service Profile * Dynamic, motivated, and professional attitude * Independent and able to take initiative * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Fast learner with adaptability * Good communication and customer service skills * Comfortable working with digital tools and social media * Detail-oriented and solution-driven * English required; additional languages are a plus * Experience in travel, tourism, sales, or customer service is a plus What We Offer * Growth opportunities in the travel industry * Young and evolving environment * Hands-on operational experience * Opportunity to develop both customer service and marketing skills
