- Managing facility & warehouse team, giving assignment, checking, pushing, arranging all the works ralated to warehouse and facility team, reporting to manager/supervisor the results of team activities, trasfering instruction, requirements, information from the manager/supervisor to team members, follow up the progress of the task execution - Taking responsibility for maintaining the air-con system to ensure the temperature always meets the requirements. - Taking responsibility for maintaining the water drain/supply systems to ensure the water always supply for company activities and the machines always enough water. - Taking responsibility for maintaining the fire alarm system of BV CPS Cambodia to ensure the PCCC system always meet the fire regulations - Taking responsibility for maintaining, repairing, renovating, repairing the building of BV CPS Cambodia - Regular maintenance of Distribution boards, checking of earth and capacitor - Monitoring the Daily load and if required Modify to equal distribution - Regular checking of UPS/generator/Compressor/air dryer - Closely working with Manager/admin to maintain ware house and house keeping. 5S - Close working with QA to maintain HSC related issues. - New project planning - Ensure safe working place.
