Job Description:
- Develop, plan, and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive
brand awareness, traffic, and customer engagement.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and
respond to audience interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g. designers,
influencers, media) to support promotional activities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (reach,
engagement, conversions).
- Assist in organizing events, partnerships, promotions, and product
launches.
- Produce engaging and on-brand content for digital platforms (videos, photos,
captions, blog posts, etc.).
- Film and edit short-form videos for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Stay up-to-date with content trends, memes, and viral formats to keep
content fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
(preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar
role.
- Proficient in social media management and content tools (e.g., Canva,
CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Strong photography/videography and editing skills.
- Creative thinker with strong storytelling and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under
deadlines.
Working Conditions:
- Monday to Saturday Morning
- 8am to 5pm
- Lunch is provided
- PH is follow labor law.
