RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Responsible documents (DO) on delivery model after trucks gate out from warehouse delivered to customers. Work aligns with transporters collect DO & invoice DO customers signed and send to each customer by group
•Check and control DO delivery, in case remark loss/over check with transporter if cut money, process DO claim.
•Responsible documents (DO) with Form SWAP after truck completed unloading cement at customer’s site, control DO/Invoice DO customer/Form SWAP completed signed send to group SD & Logistics SWAP
•Update and control daily report pending DO collect from transporter to customer and SWAP
•Other tasks assigned by line manager
REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s in business administration or transport or management another field
1 year experience in logistics or administrative and good communication with the customer and transporter.
