Position Summary:
The Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of a custom furniture manufacturing facility. This role ensures efficient production processes, high-quality output, and on-time delivery while managing resources, staff, and budgets. The manager also works to optimize workflows and maintain a safe working environment.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about craftsmanship, efficiency, and team leadership, with a vision to drive the success of a custom furniture manufacturing business.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards in manufacturing environment
Work Environment:
- Hybrid work model with time spent in the office, visiting clients, and on-site at projects.
- May require occasional travel to trade shows, expos, or supplier meetings.
- Collaborative work environment with designers, clients, and production teams.
