Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to oversee the purchasing of goods and services essential for the operation of the company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and negotiating contracts. You will work closely with various internal departments to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, goods, and services. I. Duties and Responsibilities:  Strategic Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery time, and compliance standards.  Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality goods and services.  Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for purchasing agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and pricing for the company.  Purchasing: Oversee the creation, approval, and processing of purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.  Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels to ensure an optimal balance of stock, avoiding both shortages and overstocking.  Budget Management: Manage procurement budgets, ensuring that expenditures align with financial goals and approved budgets.  Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with the supply chain, including potential disruptions and price fluctuations.  Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.  Reporting: Provide regular reports on procurement performance, including savings, cost optimization, supplier performance, and any potential issues.  Team Leadership: Supervise and guide procurement staff, providing training and ensuring adherence to procurement policies and procedures.  Other task as assigned by Manager II. Requirement: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management. - Proven experience in contract negotiation and vendor management. - Strong understanding of procurement software and tools. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Knowledge of legal and regulatory procurement requirements.
