Procurement Supervisor
He/she will help maintain our supply inventory levels and negotiate deals with potential vendors. She/he will be responsible for learning company purchasing policies and procedures and maintaining supply inventory levels required for effective company operation. He/she will also be charged with conducting regular price comparisons to ensure that the company is always getting the best price for each product that is purchased and monitoring the goods to be on time and in full.
Sr. Procurement office
Sr. Procurement officer to help maintain our supply inventory levels. He/she will be responsible for planning demand compared to supply quantity based on inventory levels. maintaining supply inventory levels required for effective company operation. Prepare and control plan orders materials to fulfill the demand plan by trying to achieve minimum cost between inventory holding cost, purchasing cost, and demand fluctuation.
REQUIREMENT
- Proven experience in Procurement and Purchasing - Strong skills in Purchase Orders and Contract Negotiation - Excellent Analytical Skills for market and trend analysis - Effective communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work on-site in Phnom Penh - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field - Experience in the construction materials industry is a plus
