At NOI, we take pride in “Turning design into reality—down to the last detail.” We’re currently looking for a Junior Project Manager who is driven, organized, and eager to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
•Support the management of interior design and construction projects from planning to completion
•Coordinate with clients, designers, engineers, and site teams
•Monitor project schedules, budget tracking, and resource allocation
•Conduct regular site visits and ensure work progress aligns with design standards and timelines
•Prepare project reports and handle basic documentation
•Help solve on-site issues and assist in decision-making with the senior team
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
• 2+ years experience in project coordination or construction site supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel)
• Familiar with technical drawings and site supervision
• Willing to work on-site and manage multiple ongoing tasks
• Proficient in English and Khmer
• Must be hands-on, reliable, and solution-oriented
