-Overall project from starting to end like planning, distributing resources, time management, risk management, creating benchmarks, managing the budget, managing staff, and managing relationships with key stakeholders -Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements -Manage and estimate costs in order to meet budget with saving cost control -Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts -Manage construction schedule and activities -Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed -Oversee on inventory, tools and equipment in site -Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes -Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships -Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors -Ensure all projects are met to the deadline setting -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes -Negotiate with external vendors on contract agreements -Train and mentor construction workers and construction laborers depending on the size of the project -Resolve any problems that may arise during operation at site -Any tasks assigned by direct supervisor
