We are looking for job position below: 🟠 JOB OPPORTUNITY: PROJECT MANAGER 🟠 ✨ Able to use Chinese and English. ✨ 💵 Salary Range : 1500$-2000$ 📍 Location: Boeun Keng Kang I, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. 🕒 Position Type: Full-time | 8:00am-5:00pm. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the planning and execution of project development in alignment with strategic SEZ project goals; 2. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project within approval budget; 3. Propose Project Plan, define timelines and monitor performance to ensure quality and compliance; 4. Conduct research and benchmarking on other project initiatives to guide long-term development strategy; 5. Review and present comprehensive project summaries, financial reports, and strategic proposals to executive management team; 6. Direct collaboration with international counterparts, particularly Chinese partners’ representatives, for procurement, budgeting, and technical planning; 7. Organize and lead meetings on project infrastructure, including resort and office development, ensuring key decisions are implemented effectively; 8. Oversee vendor selection and coordination, ensuring that branding, design, and outsourced deliverables meet project standards; 9. Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments and high-level stakeholders to maintain alignment across all project dimensions; 10. Review and finalize multilingual documentation for high-level meetings and executive briefings; 11. Evaluate project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and provide updates on overall project development; 12. Represent the project team in discussions with executives and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and actionable outcomes; 13. Supervise project supervisors and team leads, delegating tasks as necessary to ensure the project is completed successfully on time and within approved budget; 14. Provide trainings from time to time to subordinates related to project management, problem solving and communication skills Qualifications: ✅ Have experiences in industry of Agriculture, Crafts, Tourism, Media and Digital Economic ✅ Good in English communication and writing, Good in Chinese communication and writing is a plus. ✅ At least 5 years in project management role or related functions. ✅ Strong research and analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate accountable insights ✅ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills ✅ Strong in problem solving skill with positive mindset and attitude ✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with external partners and vendors Benefits: 💼 Competitive Salary 🏖 Paid Leave & Holidays 📈 Growth & Learning Opportunities 💻 Flexible Working Options (if applicable) 📬 Apply Now!
