Job Responsibilities 1️⃣ Implement and maintain quality standards and SOPs across operations. 2️⃣ Inspect materials, processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality requirements. 3️⃣ Conduct root cause analysis on defects and drive corrective/preventive actions. 4️⃣ Keep accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits; prepare quality reports. 5️⃣ Lead internal audits and support external audits (ISO/customer). 6️⃣ Plan, execute, and sustain 5S activities; train staff on 5S principles. 7️⃣ Perform regular 5S audits and follow up on improvement opportunities. 8️⃣ Promote a culture of continuous improvement and workplace safety through 5S and Lean practices.
