Job Qualification • Bachelor degree of sales, marketing or related fields/ at least 7-9 years • Flexible, leadership and training to sales team, Check and finalize costing and quotation to sales team • Familiarity with handling with cross functions, especially operation teams, Knowledge on handling, lobby and deal with customer for business growth, Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Awareness on product knowledge and build the connection, referrals, or freelancers • Be a role model to sales team on how to deal the projects, qualified sales lead and convince to customer to take our service (closed sales), Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Khmer. • Deep understanding of the services industry market and competitive landscape. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficient in CRM and sales forecasting tools.
